Whats your experience been when filling out forms.

For many business owners during this time of uncertainty we have had to make endless phone calls and fill in many forms to get some help. I have not applied for any of these but while looking into it I can see what a minefield it can be for someone with dyslexia. Businesses are asked when completing the application form to ensure all questions are answered correctly, Something that should be a simple process can leave someone with dyslexia feeling frustrated, overwhelmed and sometimes generally inadequate. If you note on the left picture it gives you 3 options to download the form , Large print , Braille or another language, nothing with regards to help with dyslexia. The second picture highlighted is that the writing is in Red in which I personally cant read anything in Red. Not only that but the form is 11 pages long and filled with lots of different fonts which again makes it very difficult for someone with dyslexia. This of course is just tip of the iceberg when it comes to everything we have had to do during this crises.
